Sophomore Academy Dean. Apollo High School. 2009– Present. Pilot, promotion, and implementation of Reading Plus®, an online silent sustained reading fluency program; creation, planning, development, and implementation of Sophomore Academy Tolerance-Acceptance-Peace (TAP) Project; supporting approximately 15 teachers in planning interdisciplinary units and projects, creating common assessments, and developing positive professional communication between teachers and parents.

Chair-Flex Friday Ad Hoc Committee. 2010- Present. Responsible for creating and acquiring support for proposal of how to best implement a new and radical intervention and enrichment opportuniity for high school students. Students utilize the last 51 minutes of every Friday for intervention and enrichment and can earn 8 possible "Early Release" Fridays throughout the school year by passing all their classes.

DCPS Common High School Schedule Committee. 2009– Present. Recording Secretary. Meet with principals, teacher and parent representatives to research and promote new schedule for the 2011-2012 school year. Introduced, promoted, and acquired support for the Flexible Friday Program, an intervention and enrichment program for students to be implemented this school year.
